Well, hello there! Do come in …

Welcome to

Dave Andrew Sounds

Who do I think I am!

It has long been my ambition to write and record music, every poem I write (on my Aidan P Roberts website) starts out as a song, but I kind of get carried away! I have never been shy about grabbing the microphone and belting out a tune or too, performing is truly in my blood

What I am not though, is a musician! Try as I may, and I can be very trying (apparently) I have never been able to master an instrument. I would love to play the guitar, keyboards and drums, I just don’t have what it takes, unfortunately.

I feel, in some ways, that I have crossed over to the dark side, and enlisted the help of SUNO AI to help get my music heard. Whilst it is the only way I am able to share my love and passion of music with you, I would much prefer to collaborate with a flesh and blood musician, bounce ideas off each other and create magic.

I am also a little unhappy that the vocals you will hear are not mine! I really want that to be a different story some day. Maybe what you hear on this site, though intended for song distribution, may also be a showcase for my work? I am always open to offers! ,

What will i find here?

I do not confine myself to any particular genre when I write songs, you will find everything from the Bee-Bop sounds of the 1950s, Irish Folk, Gospel, Pop and a whole lot of ballads to choose from. I also love film and musical theatre soundtracks, I am working on two musicals at the moment, their completion is a very long way away though!

Rather than cram everything onto one page, I am dedicating pages to my Albums, EPs and singles; each of which may be accessed from this page

Purchasing my music

I am not a known artist by any stretch of the imagination, therefore I would never embarrass myself by charging unrealistic prices for my music. Each will have a sample for you to hear before deciding whether you would like to purchase the full track

This is a brand new venture for me, it is fantastic to have you along for the ride, thank you
